THE SIMPLE MAN STORY

Simple Man Handyman was founded in early 2019 with a simple goal: provide for a growing family while serving our community through honest, reliable home improvement work.

It started with neighbors, friends, and word-of-mouth — people looking for someone they could trust to handle the smaller jobs that still matter. That need is what shaped our business from day one.

While a lot has changed since those early days, our purpose hasn't:

Through our partnership with One Tree Planted, we plant a tree for every job we complete. We also contribute a portion of our monthly revenue to Realities for Children, supporting at-risk local children, and Nourish Colorado, helping connect farms, ranches, and communities to ensure fresh, nutritious food is accessible to all Coloradans.

MEET THE OWNER

Hi! I'm Ty Gardner - founder and owner of Simple Man Handyman.

I'm an all-around handy guy with a passion for helping people, fixing what's broken, and building beautiful, functional spaces.

Born and raised in Loveland, I grew up remodeling homes and learning hands-on from my dad, grandfather, and other local tradesmen. Those early lessons shaped my respect for craftsmanship and doing things the right way.

I originally pursued a medical career and earned my bachelor’s degree before realizing my true calling was working with my hands and serving people through home improvement.

In 2019, after my wife and I had started our family, I officially launched Simple Man Handyman. Today, I lead a small team of like-minded craftsmen serving Northern Colorado—and we’d love to work with you.
